Refund policy
Last updated: 22 July 2026
Because payments are made in cryptocurrency, transactions are final once confirmed on the blockchain. This section explains the exceptions.
We will issue a refund when
- You paid but the claim never activated due to a technical issue on our side (and could not be resolved within 7 days).
- You accidentally overpaid — the overpayment is refunded, net of network fees.
- The service is discontinued during the paid period.
We will not issue a refund when
- A third-party service (e.g. Spotify, GitHub) rejects our domain.
- The claim is suspended for violating our Acceptable use policy.
- You change your mind after activation.
How to request
Contact us within 30 days of payment with your order ID and the wallet address you'd like the refund sent to. Refunds are issued in the same cryptocurrency you paid with.
