This Privacy Policy explains what data Free Edu Email Generator ("we", "us") collects, why we collect it, and your rights over it. By using Free Edu Email Generator you agree to this policy.

What we collect

• Inbox contents. Emails delivered to addresses on our domains are stored in our database so you can read them in the browser.
• Account data (paid users). Email address, password hash, and username claims.
• Payment data. Order ID, requested currency, amount, and transaction hash. We do not hold your funds.
• Technical logs. IP address, user agent, and timestamps for abuse prevention and rate limiting.
• Cookies. A single functional cookie stores your cookie-consent choice. No third-party trackers are loaded until you accept.

How we use it

• To operate the mail service and deliver messages to you.
• To process crypto payments and issue permanent usernames.
• To detect and block spam, abuse, and fraud.

Sharing

We share data only with (a) the crypto payment processor for order verification and (b) our infrastructure providers (Cloudflare, Supabase). We do not sell data to advertisers.

Retention

• Public inbox messages: 7 days.
• Claimed inbox messages: at least 1 year from receipt.
• Account records: until you delete your account.
• Technical logs: 30 days.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. If you are in the EU/UK, you have rights under GDPR; if in California, rights under CCPA.

Children

Free Edu Email Generator is not directed to children under 13 (or 16 in the EEA). Do not use the service if you are below that age.
